There is one place for people to ask for team members to be added<br> 2. We collect all the relevant info in one place, including name, organization, role, skills, allocation, inclusion in ux and marketing meetings, etc</p> <h3 id="summary-proposed-resolution">Proposed resolution</h3> <p>Create one onboarding form to add each new team member</p> <p>This will be fed into the rest of the process of adding them to a spreadsheet, adding them to channels and mailing lists, etc.</p> <h3 id="summary-remaining-tasks">Target date or deadline</h3> <h3 id="summary-remaining-tasks">Remaining tasks</h3> <ul> <li>Create form</li> <li>Review with Tim L, Jamie, Marcus, Christoph</li> <li>Tweak as needed</li> <li>Start using this and share with anyone involved with onboard, e.g. Catia, Lenny, etc</li> <li>Pin to Slack channels</li> <li>Send an email to everyone to start using this form</li> <li>Mention at the next maker meeting</li> </ul>
