Create process for AI makers reposting initiative blog posts

<p>Follow-up to comment #8 in <span class="drupalorg-gitlab-issue-link project-issue-status-info project-issue-status-7"><a href="https://www.drupal.org/project/ai_initiative/issues/3556137" title="Status: Closed (fixed)">#3556137: Blog promoting the new AI Industry Guides</a></span></p>
<p>I like the idea of any maker republishing on their own site (after ours is published) with some sort of predefined attribution at the top that links to the original</p>
<p>This would be a great way to amplify the initiative and give makers more marketing materials</p>
<p>One caveat is that I don’t think reposted articles should be tagged for Planet Drupal as that would make things noisy there</p>
