<ul>
<li>The webinar was on the 28th August. There is now pressure to get the report distributed.</li>
<li>We promised to get the survey report sent to all the webinar attendees.</li>
</ul>
<h3 id="summary-proposed-resolution">Proposed resolution</h3>
<p>Once Christoph has the PDF ready, please make arrangements for the report to be made available to the attendees. The PDF is about 8MB. Do we want to send it as an email or provide a link to it in an email? Discuss this with Christoph. </p>

<ol>
<li>Contact Christoph and plan for when the email should be sent</li>
<li>Collect all the attendees and those who registered - send it to them all</li>
