Please work with the stakeholder at the council to co-write a guest blog post.</p> <h3 id="summary-proposed-resolution">Proposed resolution</h3> <p>This will be the first in a series of Guest AI Blogs which will be promoted by Drupal AI and Drupal (via LinkedIn).</p> <p>Write a blog which summarises</p> <ol> <li>The challenge the council are looking to overcome</li> <li>Why AI and specifically Drupal AI is a compelling solution to the problem</li> <li>How they are approaching it</li> <li>Why it is so important that this work is done in the open and what benefits they perceive this bringing</li> <li>Will this work be broadly compatible with LocalGov Drupal?</li> <li>Do they need any help from other councils / developers?</li> <li>What stage are they at and what are the next steps?</li> </ol> <p>Focus on the key audience being other organisations that could benefit from Drupal AI, those in a similar position with lots of documents that need publishing online. </p> <p>Don't so much delve in the technical aspects<br> Discover and write about the value this is generating, the resources it is saving, the benefits it brings (is it allowing them to make content more accessible, faster, better public services, reducing number of calls to their teams etc)</p> <p>Ideally get or generate a quote about Drupal AI from the stakeholder.</p> <p>If you can get any images, logos to support the blog bonus points.</p> <h3 id="summary-remaining-tasks">Remaining tasks</h3> <ol> <li><a href="https://docs.google.com/document/d/1eAy4NewEFTKhV1SBoyp0GuqU_NQjegYYHdOVr_5Mk-U/edit?tab=t.0#heading=h.odehl6fbk0z">Draft the blog here</a></li> <li>Set the ticket to "Needs Review" and assign to pdjohnson</li> <li>pdjohnson to provide feedback</li> <li>David Bishop to iterate and assign back to pdjohnson</li> <li>Publish the approved blog</li> <li>Cross post as an article on LinkedIn</li> <li>Promote on LinkedIn</li> <li>Promote on LinkedIn Group</li> <li>Share on Drupal Slack</li> </ol>
