Research points to a multitude of reason why companies are hampered in AI adoption. These include:</p> <ul> <li>Lack of Strategic Understanding</li> <li>Skills and Knowledge Gaps</li> <li>Tool Overload and Vendor Hype</li> <li>Ethical and Regulatory Concerns</li> <li>Cultural and Organisational Resistance</li> </ul> <p>Clearly we want to present Drupal AI as a way to overcome the speed bumps and educate decision makers about how AI can help them.</p> <h3 id="summary-proposed-resolution">Proposed resolution</h3> <p>Begin to create a template for AI Playbooks which:</p> <ol> <li>Highlight common business challenges AI can solve</li> <li>Identify applications of AI which bring efficiency / take over laborious tasks / tasks which are too expensive to do manually</li> <li>Detail how Drupal AI can be configured to meet these needs</li> </ol> <h3 id="summary-remaining-tasks">Remaining tasks</h3> <p>Draft a Google document with an outline of what a Playbook would look like<br> Perhaps this could be a landing page with gated content served as a PDF?</p> <h3 id="summary-ui-changes">User interface changes</h3> <h3 id="summary-api-changes">API changes</h3> <h3 id="summary-data-model-changes">Data model changes</h3>
