With the cutover to GitLab, people can't edit metadata or issue summaries unless they are a "member" in GitLab for the project. The simplest role is "reporter". Go through and add regular contributors as "reporter" members so they can continue to collaborate. FEEL FREE TO COMMENT ON THIS ISSUE IF YOU NEED ACCESS ASAP.
