Tone of voice CKEditor Plugin does not use the translated version of the linked taxonomy
## Summary
When I create a taxonomy for the tone of voice and allow to translate the terms, in the UI of the CKEditor always the default language is displayed and also the description of this term is used for prompting and not the translated version.
