Problem/Motivation

There are coming some providers built into the browsers - mainly Chrome with their AI on Chrome. Some of it experimental, but some of it already available.

We have a provider that supports this in the Browser Provider using polling and sessions to forward calls into the provider. It already has pretty consistent and good results for translations and summaries.

And of course for certain actions like AI frontend form validation, CKEditors it could just talk to the javascript directly.

The question is - how do we utilize this and should it be part/shipped with the core module.
