However, these are not formally documented in a public-facing location. This hinders community collaboration, transparency, and the ability for new contributors to get involved.</p> <p>This issue is to create a central, public home for this documentation within the AI Initiative's official docs.</p> <h3>Proposed resolution</h3> <p>We will create a new "AI User Experience" section in the official AI Initiative documentation. This new section will provide a transparent overview of our philosophy and processes.</p> <h3>The documentation will include the following key areas:</h3> <p><strong> Core Principles: </strong>Document our core philosophy (e.g., "Site Builder First") and principles for naming, labeling, and UI design (e.g., "Benefit-Driven UX").</p> <p><strong> Ecosystem Hierarchy: </strong>Explain the three-tier hierarchy for organizing all AI components: Infrastructure &rarr; Tools &amp; Automation &rarr; Features.</p> <p><strong> UX Workflows:</strong> Document the team's processes to provide transparency for contributors, including:</p> <ul> <li> How we triage and respond to community-submitted issues tagged "Needs UX Manager Review".</li> <li> The project lifecycle for larger "Planned UX Projects" (like the AI Dashboard).</li> </ul> > Related issue: [Issue #3558401](https://www.drupal.org/node/3558401) > Related issue: [Issue #3560667](https://www.drupal.org/node/3560667) > Related issue: [Issue #3561787](https://www.drupal.org/node/3561787)
