<h2>1️⃣ 1️⃣ <a href="https://www.drupal.org/project/ai/issues/3554242">Moving submodules out and deprecation policy</a></h2>
<table>
<tr>
<td>valthebald</td>
<td>It's not marked as "fixed" yet, but I we're getting to the agreement that submodules should be marked as "deprecate" in 1.3.0, and removed in 2.0.0, to follow the <a href="https://www.drupal.org/about/core/policies/core-change-policies/how-to-deprecate-and-remove-an-extension">core policy</a></td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>valthebald</td>
<td>One blocker for this is <a href="http://drupa.org">drupa.org</a> composer settings, i.e. if you do composer require drupal/ai_translate, it will fetch from ai repository but not ai_translate</td>

<h2>2️⃣ This week's priorities</h2>
<table>
</table>
<h2>2️⃣ 1️⃣ Tools API <a href="https://www.drupal.org/project/issues/tool">needs more tools</a></h2>
<table>
<tr>
<td>valthebald</td>
<td>there are quite a lot of issues in the queue, and some of them could be low hanging :pear:</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>valthebald</td>
<td>just in case, don't forget to assign an issue to yourself to avoid double work</td>
</tr>

<h2>2️⃣ 2️⃣ <a href="https://www.drupal.org/project/issues/search/ai_agents_test">AI agents tests</a></h2>
<table>
<tr>
<td>valthebald</td>
<td>AI agents testing framework was picked by the canvas team (which is cool!)</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>valthebald</td>
<td>but that also means there will be a lot of new requirements and new bugs will be (unfortunately) found</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>valthebald</td>
<td>subscribe to the issue queue if you want to participate</td>
</tr>

<h2>2️⃣ 3️⃣ <a href="https://www.drupal.org/project/issues/search/ai?text=&assigned=&submitted=&project_issue_followers=&status%5B%5D=Open&issue_tags_op=%3D&issue_tags=priority">Full list of issues marked with "priority"</a> in AI project (edited) </h2>
<table>
<tr>
<td>valthebald</td>
<td>Given temporary unavailability of drupalstarforge, this list the most authoritative source of priority issues to work on</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Kristen Pol (she/her)</td>
<td>Is this because it needs to be refactored for GitLab?</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>valthebald</td>
<td>@Kristen Pol (she/her) no, it's because starforge hosts too many sites, and being rejected by letsencrypt for the new SSL certificates</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>valthebald</td>
<td>gitlab is only planned for now, no project was migrated so far afaik</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Kristen Pol (she/her)</td>
<td>Gotcha. Hope it’s sorted soon</td>

<td>That's another source of issues to follow</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>matthews</td>
<td>These are marketing issues or immediately marketing adjacent issues. So if you have a desire to help get the word out and build our community (and reach of Drupal), this is where the cool (marketing) kids hang out.</td>

<h2>3️⃣ Discussion / organizational</h2>

<h2>3️⃣ 1️⃣ Start of the weekly meeting</h2>
<table>
<tr>
<td>valthebald</td>

<td>d34dman</td>
<td>Am working on orchestration with Tools API in FlowDrop. Its not going as I intended. The main issue is not orchestration itself, which is pretty much clear. Trying to balance a nice user experience with "audit/logging" and transparency is bloating up my database with 99.99% data that nobody will every look into.Needs work, and more work. Unfortunately won't be able to work on it this week as I will be busy with office work.</td>
