<h2>1️⃣ Upcoming releases</h2>
<table>
<tr>
<td>breidert</td>
<td>Earlier we discussed in a planning meeting, that we will release AI 1.2 before DrupalCon Vienna. This requires that we focus on required functionality and pay attention to important contrib modules.</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>svendecabooter</td>
<td>Would there be another 1.2 alpha / beta / rc release soon? There was a fixed release cycle planned - but not sure when the next one would be. Having a new tagged release for 1.2.x would be helpful for <a href="https://www.drupal.org/project/ai_usage_limits">https://www.drupal.org/project/ai_usage_limits</a>, which would require the next tagged release in that branch at minimum.</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>svendecabooter</td>
<td>And not sure if in scope of this thread, but having a 1.2.0 alpha release for <a href="https://www.drupal.org/project/ai_provider_openai">https://www.drupal.org/project/ai_provider_openai</a> would also be helpful /cc @Marcus Johansson</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Marcus Johansson</td>
<td>If we do not manage Beta by Wednesday, we would do another alpha3 release. Beta comes when the last beta blocker is there.For OpenAI I'll prepare one today!</td>
</tr>
<tr>
<td>Marcus Johansson</td>
<td>First alpha release of 1.2.0 is here for OpenAI provider - it allows you to chat with pdf among other things. See more info here: <a href="https://www.drupal.org/project/ai_provider_openai/releases/1.2.0-alpha1">https://www.drupal.org/project/ai_provider_openai/releases/1.2.0-alpha1</a></td>

<tr>
<td>yautja_cetanu (Jamie)</td>
<td>If we have the template existing on starforge, we can make it so the norm is we delete metadata that we don't need to use.The usage of this shouldn't be always (there is a question about should it be on small bugs), the purpose of this is to report on your issue to people who are looking at an overview. So if you don't think people need to know (or all the information is in the title and status of the issue) then you don't need to use it. Its most important for FTEs as people are committed to work should always be working on an Issue with at least a Checkin date. The update summary comes a place for the FTE to report in a simple way whats happened asyncronously so we don't have to have calls about their work. You should always have a checkin date of when you are hoping to show off some of your work to someone and either finish the task (due date) or move on to the next stage.</td>

Just to avoid needing credits for simple testing/checks? Or is there something I can use for free purely when hammering requests to debug? Total noob getting started with the AI suite here! :sweat_smile: (edited)</td>

<td>The <a href="http://amazee.ai">amazee.ai</a> provider would be free for 30-days, and I can then inform Lauren to switch you to the Drupal Contributor plan to make that free for longer period. Some other developers are on that already.</td>

<tr>
<td>littlepixiez</td>
<td>Incredible! I'll give it a go. It was a really minor UI issue I was trying to replicate so was very repetitive...
