In my prompt, I ask AI to return the result as HTML, using h2 and p tags. This results in the html showing in the front-end, until the entity is re-saved, at which point the text formatting runs. </p> <p>With ECA, the fix was to first save the text to the text field and then to add an action to set the text format.
