[Meta] Road to Beta1 for AI module

<h3 id="summary-problem-motivation">Problem/Motivation</h3>
<p>The core of the AI has been pretty stable for a while now with fewer API changes and a number of people using it. So we think we're ready for a Beta1 of the AI module. We will keep AI Search, Assistants, Chatbot and Automators in Experimental.</p>
<p>This is a list of what we think we need before we go live with Beta 1 ideally next w/c 7th October. Whilst the AI_agents module isn't in the AI module, its part of the ecosystem and the highlight of Drupalcon and so we should improve the documentation for it.</p>
