First stable release of Adaptive Updates Info.

Provides the adaptive_updates_info.updates_info service and the
aui:updates and aui:security Drush commands, which report the update
status of the installed core, modules and themes as a table, JSON or
YAML.

Requires Drupal 10.3 or 11 and PHP 8.1 or newer. Drush 12 or newer is
needed for the commands; the service works without it.
