Add Layout Paragraphs 3.x compatibility for tracking suggestions

  The tracking suggestions JavaScript now also checks for
  .layout-paragraphs-component-form containers, in addition to
  the regular .paragraphs-subform containers. This fixes tracking
  suggestions not appearing when adding A/B test paragraphs via
  Layout Paragraphs.
