Update to resolve the inability of uninstalling this module.
 (minor fix in a info.yml file)

Release 8.x-2.4
 CRITICAL bug fix, this addresses issue [#3127682](https://www.drupal.org/project/rocket_chat/issues/3127682) - `rocket_chat 2.2.0 requires drupal/core 9.1.x-dev`
 we will no longer depand solely on the Drupal 9.x dev version for dDrupal 8.x. This is done by ensureing that the composer.json definition for drupal/core is either `^8.8` or `^9`.
 Also mad sure we have a consistant php version defined (and not just the current one in use)

 - Reworked the Lifechat Module to use the proper new one (onichannel / lifechat 2.0) (thanks Renato Becker from Rocket Chat, for assisting and alerting me to the issue)
 - Preped this module for Drupal 9 support

Containing:
 - Rocketchat Base module, this keep track of the rocket chat settings.
 - Livechat module, this craetes a block you can add to your drupal it will render the livechat widget.
