Subject: [PATCH] Issue #2820580 by anavarre, hardikpandya, Wim Leers, Berdir,
 cilefen: Drupal >=8.2.x doesn't allow to override all cache bins with
 $settings['cache']['default'] anymore, documentation says otherwise
