Issue #1910162 by jrp: Patch by frjo that change the jQuery selector to not use filter(). Just using the class as a selector is a lot faster, especially for js performance deficient browsers like IE 7.

Changes to work with Colorbox plugin version 1.3.21.1. The script files are no longer in a subdirectory.

Followup fix to styles CSS since the Colorbox plugin removed the hover class in favor of CSS hover state some time back.
